1. Customizer Configuration & Integrity
By using our Pick Lab tool and placing custom orders, you assume complete responsibility for spelling, layout, and placement coordinates. You agree that colors displayed on monitor screens may vary slightly from actual physical products due to screen calibrations and dye variances.
2. Intellectual Property & Uploads
You warrant that you own or possess necessary licensing rights for all designs, text, logos, trademarks, and artwork uploaded to our customizer. Dakbaksho reserves the right to refuse customization orders containing offensive material, explicit graphic content, or obvious copyright infringement.
3. Cash on Delivery Agreement
By selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout, you enter into a binding agreement to accept the order package and pay the total amount due in BDT. Refusing deliveries without valid justification leads to account suspensions.
